and hye guys. My name Fazreen Binti Mokhtar
Zahid. I am 23 years old. Currently, I study at University Technology
Malaysia in Human Resource Development. This
blog is all about Human Resource Information System and this is one of the requirements
to pass the subject. Every entry that
will be written in this blog is more to reflection on what have been learned in
the classes. At the beginning of
semester, I not very clear what is HRIS?
But, after 7 weeks I learnt a lot of things.
Human Resource Information System, this system is about software for small to mid sizes business to help automate and manage their Human Resource, management and accounting activities. Generally with this software, it will provide the effectiveness of planning, controlling and manage human resource in term of cost. Through this software also can helps the organization to improved efficiency and quality in Human resource decision making, and improve employee and managerial productivity and effectiveness
